2025-26 Fraternity Grants:
The Fraternity's learning management platform is accessible to all living members who have an email address in the Fraternity's database. The tool is primarily educational in nature.
The Alcohol Skills Training Program provides enhanced skills and education on alcohol consumption to all collegiate members. While our current programs lay a foundation for basic alcohol education, conversations beyond the new member period are few and far between. Alcohol Skills Training Program has proven to assist members in making healthy consumption decisions, and data indicates that participants respond positively to the Alcohol Skills Training Program as an educational program. ASTP provides alcohol education to collegiate chapters on a three-year rotation, impacting nearly 4,000 collegiate women in Alpha Gam annually.
In 2024, the Fraternity launched the Grad Journeys program as part of the Engage Path of the Epsilon Pi Journey. The Fraternity seeks funding to grow the impact of the program by increasing the diversity of topics covered and by incorporating participation incentives.
The Empower Path of the Epsilon Pi Journey is an optional experience for the most exceptional collegiate women. The cohort and peer-mentor model is designed for collegiate members who are interested in a more in-depth personal and professional development opportunity. Those who meet specific attendance and engagement metrics will have the opportunity to attend an exclusive leadership weekend.

Alpha Gamma Delta’s Leadership Consultant program directly supports collegiate chapters through intentional programming and leadership development initiatives. Recognizing the evolving nature of the Leadership Consultant program, these funds will be utilized for educational purposes connected to the LC Program.
This program provides constructive conflict resolution and restorative justice education to support member well-being, retention and positive community experiences. Through wellness and leadership training available to collegiate leaders, members and alumnae via Acorn, participants learn how to understand the impact of conflict and use communication-based strategies to resolve interpersonal and community challenges collaboratively.
The (virtual) Academy for Collegiate Officers takes collegiate leaders on a journey of discovery focused on their personal and professional development. The educational content poises collegiate leaders to begin multiplying the talent of leadership in others, specifically their teers within their chapter.
Support a unified philanthropy initiative included in all three Recruitment and Marketing Summits taking place in the Southeast, Midwest and Western regions. Each summit will feature a hands-on service project in which attendees assemble Birthday Cake Kits to be donated to a local food pantry in each region. This initiative will provide families experiencing food insecurity the opportunity to celebrate birthdays with joy, a celebratory experience they may not otherwise receive. The grant creates a meaningful, consistent and high-impact philanthropy experience at each summit.
