GRANTS TO OUR FRATERNITY

Acorn, the Fraternity’s Learning Management Platform, is an integral tool supporting the Fraternity’s Education Philosophy. Through Acorn, members have unlimited access to all eLearning materials, as well as individualized supplemental personal and professional development opportunities. The platform helps cover topics from implicit bias to positive mental health skill-building.

The Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP) provides alcohol education to collegiate chapters on a three-year rotation, impacting nearly 4,000 collegiate women in Alpha Gam annually.

Launching in fall 2022, the Empower path of the Epsilon Pi Journey is a community-oriented, learning opportunity providing Alpha Gamma Delta collegiate members the opportunity to gain personal, professional and leadership skills monthly. This program engages women in relationship building, leading with empathy, personal confidence, self-reflection, negotiation & networking, values & ethics in leadership, resume writing, building members’ personal brand and empowering themselves & others.

To better incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility into our culture, these critical themes will continue to be incorporated into the Embark Path of the Epsilon Pi Journey and during Spirit Week, the week before primary recruitment begins.

Alpha Gamma Delta’s Leadership Consultant program directly supports collegiate chapters through intentional programming and leadership development initiatives. The Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation supports the “Train the Trainers” program, which helps support member experience, relationship building and educational programming for members.

The Alpha Gam Foundation supports the Fraternity's commitment to promoting an environment where health and vigor of body and mind are prized. The call to continue supporting mental health initiatives remains loud and clear. Values-based organizations, such as our Fraternity, are uniquely positioned to assist colleges and universities in providing continued support to today’s college students and their mentors. The Foundation’s support aids the Fraternity in providing chapter consultations, mental health training for staff and advisors (e.g., Mental Health First Aid, QPR Gatekeeper courses) and holistic wellness programming via the Elevate Path of the Epsilon Pi Journey.
